A. Inner Dialogue, 2004 (3:35)
In 2006, "Inner Dialogue" became part of a Permanent Collection in the Casoria Museum of Contemporary Art in Naples, Italy. Since my grandparents came to settle in the U.S. from Naples, I am particularly proud of this inclusion.
"Inner Dialogue" was first shown around the world in "SelfPortrait - a Show for Bethlehem - a Show for Peace" Group Exhibit sponsored by "VideoChannel.
It has also been shown in the following exhibitions:
· 2007, Feb: MACRO - Museum of Contemporary Art Rosario/Argentina
· 2006, Oct: OFFICYNA Art Space in Szczecin; PI Performance & Intermedia Festival, Szczecin/Swinoujscie/Poland
· July/2006: Al Kahf Art Gallery; Bethlehem, Palestine
· 2005: Cinematheque at MediaCentre; Cologne, Germany
· Art Toronto 2005 International Art Fair. Toronto, Canada
Inner Dialogue is an experiment in personal response, made public. This was done as an in-camera edit and the first of my internal question and answer sessions that later became "HeadTrip Videos". It deals with the questions of accountability and belief systems.
I listened and responded visually on camera to a series of metaphysical styled questions that brought me to an uncomfortable realization at the conclusion.
B. Artist? Question One, 2006 (3:48)
Video/Print Installation
Hunter IMA/MFA Spring Show
As I began to develop the "inner dialogue" form, I added an outside interrogator to this video to create a kind of game-show competition sequence. The question asked was "What does a successful artist look like?", and this became the third question of the Artist? series. See this page for other parts.
Years of exposure to Poetry Slam show up in this video, where creativity and competition meet in a most uncomfortable place for the artist.
Susi Schropp, my great designer friend of Diva Design, is the voice you hear as the interrogator.
C. I See Something But I Can't Say Anything, 2007 (5:20)

Hunter IMA/MFA Spring Show: "If You See Something, Say Something"
The theme of the 2007 MFA/IMA show inspired me to examine the popular and highly questionable "facts" that have been propagated by the media about the World Trade Center attack on 9/11.
